Processing
Orders ship from Scottsdale, Arizona the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

United States
Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more (after discounts) and $4.99 under $25. Usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days after it ships.
Express: $14.99. Usually arrives in 1 to 2 business days after it ships.

International
International orders ship for a flat $16. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days depending on the country. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer and are not included in the order price.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email seaportus@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.
