These terms apply to every visit and purchase on seaportusa.com (the "store"), operated by SeaportUSA in Scottsdale, Arizona. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
Our pieces are fashion jewelry, watches and accessories. Most metals are plated or stainless steel, and stones are glass, crystal or cubic zirconia unless a listing says otherwise. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Watches run on standard quartz batteries.

Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We can change prices, discounts and products at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

Orders
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store, including trying to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything illegal. All photos, text and design on the store belong to SeaportUSA and can't be reused without permission.

Liability
The store and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
